CALNET appraised at CMMI Level 3 for Services.

Reston, VA, February 19, 2013 – CALNET appraised at CMMI level 3 for Services.

CALNET underwent a Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) which is designed to provide benchmark quality ratings relative to Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) models. This is applicable to a wide range of appraisal usage modes, including both internal process improvement and external capability determinations. The appraisal examined CALNET's services management and delivery approach and determined that it fully met the requirements of the Software Engineering Institute.

“CALNET has been appraised at CMMI Level 3 through the SCAMPI-A process. CALNET is one of the few companies our size to achieve a CMMI appraisal at level 3 for services. We look forward to using our mature service delivery processes to improve outcomes for current and future customers” said Tony Scolaro, Chief Technology Officer of CALNET.
