CALNET, Inc. awarded IOATF contract

Reston, VA, June 19, 2009

CALNET announced today that it has been awarded the Information Operations Advisory Task Force (Afghanistan) (IOATF-A) contract to provide US Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) with the capability to collect, analyze, and disseminate open source sociological and anthropological information throughout the Afghanistan Theater of Operations(ATO).

CALNET will report trends in local sentiment regarding USFOR-A programs and policies; and provide professional advice and assistance regarding cultural, social, religious, political, economic and tribal matters as well as communication strategies.

This is a multiple award Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery type contract with a ceiling value across all awardees of $450,000,000.
