More importantly, our ITIL-based continuous service improvement (CSI) process is proactively managed by our leadership team to help ensure that we are continuously maturing in our IT services contracts. IT operations comply in meeting ITIL-based service level management and business relationship management processes. Across various levels, our expert IT operations team includes Help Desk Specialists, Application Support Analysts, Desk-side Support Specialists, Systems Architects, Systems Administrators, Systems Engineers, Database Administrators, Network Architects, Network Engineers, and Network Technicians.
CALNET has been performing IT operations support for Federal Government clients such as NSA, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and the FAA. CALNET is experienced in standing up and hosting IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as BMC Remedy and Ivanti ITSM systems. We support multiple customers in planning cross data migration across multiple ITSM systems (i.e., Remedy to Remedy, Ivanti to ServiceNow), including adhering to ITIL-based processes utilizing all modules built-in.
CALNET provides infrastructure support services for Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Apache Tomcat, and Oracle Solaris operating systems and Domain Name System (DNS), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), EMAIL (Internet message access protocol (IMAP), POP, Outlook Web Access (OWA)), Network Time Protocol (NTP), Host Based Security System (HBSS), Windows Active Directory, Red Hat LDAP/Kerberos, Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, and F5 application reverse proxy firewall devices. We are also experienced in supporting anti-virus, vulnerability management and reporting, and systems security monitoring through the HBSS, ACAS, and Splunk subsystems. For both systems and network monitoring, our team is highly experienced in utilizing various tools including WhatsUp Gold, Splunk, Cisco Network Assistant, amongst others.
