CALNET has a deep history in intelligence training that begins at the top with Dwayne Squires, VP of Intelligence Analysis Division, who retired out of Fort Huachuca as the Senior Instructor for 35G – Geospatial Analysts. Our teams experience in development with new technologies and Tactics, Techniques, and procedures has provided us the opportunity to remain current with training. Our team of intelligence trainers have developed training on both hardware and software programs.
After creating the initial training for these programs, CALNET passed these on to the military schoolhouses for intelligence training as well as other training organization. CALNET has run several formal training and mobile training programs. We have experience conducting training on new procedures as well as traditional formal training.
CALNET has used all forms of training from standard in class to mobile training teams to computer-based training. Our instructors have deployed around the world as needed to ensure the warfighters are trained no matter where they are at. Our instructors are certified through the various military Instructor Training programs. CALNET has experience developing TRADOC standard course materials to include the entire Training Support Package. The TSPs will consist of lesson plans, practical exercises, lesson and course tests, training aides, and all supporting documentation and materials used in development of the course IAW TRADOC standards. As part of the TSP our development teams will create master training materials lists. Our course development follows the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.
Furthermore, CALNET has experience with field exercises training leading several programs. We have provided field assessments and mentors during various exercises in a wide variety of situations. These include formal field training exercises, cultural training, and training in new tactics, techniques, and procedures. CALNET’s extensive training experience can provide any organization with exactly what it needs.
